Rincon Salcedo Ph.D
Lawyer from the Pontifical Javeriana University of Bogotá, Master and Doctor in Public Law from the University of Poitiers – France. He is currently Director of the Military Law Observatory and associate professor of the Faculty of Legal Sciences. In turn, his teaching activity has been carried out in other national and international universities such as the Institute of Political Studies of Paris and the University of Poitiers in France.
Likewise, since 2014 he has been a co-judge of the First Section of the Honorable Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, practices law and serves as an advisor to public and private entities.
Prof. Dra. Min. María
Elizabeth Rocha Ph.D
Trained in Law and specialist in Constitutional Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of the State of Minas Gerais (PUC Minas), with a Master's degree from the Portuguese Catholic University, a Doctorate in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a post-doctorate from the Classical University of Lisbon. . She currently holds the position of judge of the Supreme Military Court of Brazil, being the first and only woman to access this Court and to have presided over it.

Doctor from the University of Santiago de Compostela. Professor at different universities, among which the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos and the University of Lima stand out.
External advisor to the Constitutional Court and member of associations such as the Peruvian Association of Criminal Law, the Callao Bar Association and the Peruvian Association of Constitutional Law.
Prof. Dr. Pedro Thomas

Full Professor of the Department of Administrative-Financial Law and Director of the Research Center for Global Governance of the University of Salamanca, although his teaching activity has also been developed in official non-university centers (National Institute of Public Administration, Castilla Police School and León...), as well as in foreign university centers, as a guest professor, in different Ibero-American countries as well as an external evaluator at the University of Sheffield.
Prof. Dr. Carlos Andrés
Uribe Piedrahita Ph.D
Lawyer from the Bolivarian University, specialist in Finance and doctor in European Law from the University of Salamanca.
He currently works as Director of the Department of Economic Law of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and as an associate professor of the same, in the areas of Economic Law and Competition Law, he is Director of the master's degree in Economic Law of the Javeriana University and editor of the Vniversitas Magazine of the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the same university.
Prof.Dr. Fernanda of
Carvalho Lage Ph.D
Trained in Law, specialist in Tax Law and Procedure, Master in Social and Cultural Rights from the University Center of Sao Paulo (UNISAL) and Doctor in Law, State and Constitution from the University of Brasilia.
She currently works as a lawyer, is a professor at the Instituto Brasiliense de Direito Público – IDP, a professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Brasilia and a researcher in Law and Artificial Intelligence at the same institution. In 2016 he published the book Democracy, freedom and human rights: The theoretical postulates of Amartya Sen. 1st Edition. Chia Editora, Lisbon, Portugal.
Dr. Andres Atahualpa

Andrés Atahualpa Pérez is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Law Degree from the University of the Basque Country. He is a specialist in Commercial Law and a specialist in Insurance Law from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He has a Master's degree in Administration of Educational Institutions and a Master's degree in Educational Technology from the Institute of Technology and Higher Studies of Monterrey.
He is currently a PhD student in Strategic Studies, Security and Defense at the “General Rafael Reyes Prieto” Higher School of War in Bogotá. He has experience in commercial law, educational law and innovation and is currently the Director of the Law School at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

Agustín Miguel Lago Montúfar
PhD candidate in Legal Sciences, lawyer with an emphasis on business law and a political scientist with an emphasis on international political affairs from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Diploma in real estate law, standard specifications, labor law and international economic law.
Student of the Master's Degree in Administrative Law at the Javeriana University. He has been a lawyer at Osman y Rodríguez Abogados and is currently a junior lawyer at Meana Green Maura & Co, working on administrative law, tax law, and insurance issues. He is coordinator of the Military Law Observatory of the same University.
Daniela Toro Parra
Lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with emphasis on International Commercial Law and Tort Law, Diploma in Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Litigation, State Contracting and Disciplinary Law. She currently works as a Junior Lawyer in matters of Public Law, Maritime Law, Insurance and Reinsurance.
