The Center for Observatory Studies in Military Law (CEODM) is an academic space that seeks to generate extensive research and reflection on the structure, functioning and purposes of the Military Forces, which benefits the consolidation of democratic institutions and in the recognition of the important social and constitutional role played by the military establishment in any society.
